• If a booking is cancelled at any time prior to 7 days of your arrival date, we will provide you with a full refund.  If it is cancelled after 7 days but before 3 days of your arrival date, we offer a 50% refund.  Any cancellations made within three days of arrival or at any stage on or after your arrival date, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
