Owner Rory Martin has been working in the outdoor industry for 25 years, having gained substantial water sports, marketing, and managerial experience. He is ideally placed to develop quality activity packages and events that will surpass your expectations.
Activities on offer at the centre include Archery, Axe Throwing, Boat Tours, Bushcraft Skills, Canoeing, Climbing, electric powered Surfboards, eBikes, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Gorge Walking, Laser Tag, Orienteering, Hill Walking, Environmental Education, and Team Games based around physical, mental, and skill based tasks. The team can also tailor a programme to your needs and preferences for those looking to try multiple outdoor activities.
Your safety is a priority and therefore, all instructors are carefully selected, experienced, and qualified. As a result, they offer quality experiences for all age groups and abilities. They operate a “challenge by choice” policy, where they will encourage you to participate, but also respect your decision if there are certain aspects you would prefer to sit out.
The Little Green Beach Hut is a seaside cabin offering self catering accommodation with spectacular views over the Lough and offering fantastic facilities including an open planned kitchen and living area, bedroom, bathroom, wood burning stove, electric heaters and electric shower. Bell tent accommodation is available next to the bothy for more guests on request. The cabin has shorefront access and is the perfect place to bird watch, take a quiet stroll or a boat tour, and enjoy some outdoor activities.
