Yeats Grave
In the village of Drumcliff, in a churchyard under a simple headstone lies in the final resting place of W.B Yeats. The headstone is marked with the inscription “Cast a cold eye on life, on death, horseman, pass by”, his famous self-penned epitah. The graveyard also contains a high cross and nearby is the site of a 6th century monastery . There is a coffee shop and craft shop on site offering home baking and gorgeous crafts.
